What are the benefits to move the body in parts?

Dividing the body in parts to increase the awareness for the whole?

Sequencing our parts or physical masses allows for less inertial resistance and promotes tonal changes in neuromuscular activity. It allows for moving slow yet keeping the sense of dynamics and stretching tissues gently and with elasticity through movement. These practices  gradually and tenderly open doors towards individual and contextual flexibility. Sequencing is also a useful tool to break down movement processes, integrate new coordination and empowers autonomous learning while moving.
