This weekend course offers a deep immersion of anatomy and biomechanics.

We’ll explore the body’s function through movement and partner-work as well as support the immersion with scientific approaches which are gathered and evaluated in the Axis Syllabus.

The provided information can be experienced directly with one’s own body. This weekend supports the students in their own research and application of the previously discussed principles.

This further education offers a comprehensive study and is aimed for yoga teachers and practitioners, who want to deepen their understanding of the body’s functions realize and differentiate between the architectures of the most performed asanas modify the asana practice for all body types to allow for diversity in teaching
